Customer Experience
With the launch of the new Animailers website, we finally have space for the notes we have received from the owners (parents) of some of our four-legged travelers.
When you travel with us, we invite you to share your experiences.
Josephine Begins Her Life in London
Jenny, Josephine’s mom, writes:
“Just wanted to let you know our cat, Josephine, arrived safe and sound in London this morning. She had one hitch—the vet did not note the date/time [of] the tick and tapworm treatment on her paperwork, so she had to stay a day extra at the Animal Reception Center in Heathrow. No worries though, as we were not charged for the extra day’s stay, and she’s now back with us looking happy and healthy. Thank you very much for all you help getting her ‘across the pond’ to us!”
Relaxing in Ramstein
Lester at the door of his new home in Ramsteinn, Germany.
Lester is settling into his new home in Ramstein, Germany. Lester’s dad, Lee, was very pleased with Lester’s trip and kindly sent us a few words about their Animailers experience.
“We had many questions when we arrived at your office but when we left, we felt confident that we had made the right decision to go with Animailers. All of our questions were answered (as well as several that we didn’t think of) and not just in a perfunctory manner. We received in-depth information that was explained in a way we could understand. This really eased our minds.
“You guys came through again (for service). Our kennel did not have holes on the back and Tom said “No problem” and when Lester got here, there were finely drilled holes in the back. Lester seemed to enjoy his boarding and we really enjoyed the fact that he had a bath before he left.
“The paperwork was flawless. It went through the veterinarian screening and the customs screening in Germany without a hitch. You even got a compliment from the Lufthansa crew about how neat and complete it was.
"Lester doesn’t like traveling, but he seemed to come through this OK. He was definitely glad to see us and get away from the noisy airport, but all-in-all it was a great experience."
