Meet The Staff

Mellody Alston is the owner of both Animailers and Pet Salon boarding kennel and grooming facility. When she purchased The Pet Salon over 20 years ago, it was already involved in the pet transportation industry, shipping the occasional pet or live animal.

Tom Alston has a passion for animals. He was born into the dog world and grew up in a kennel. Literally. The son of professional dog show handlers, he was born at a show kennel in New Hampshire.
